	MS ELENI M / S - Caique (ref 703)   Description 29 mtrs long 2 mast motor sailer, built in Perama shipyards in Greece, combining the character and craftmenship of a tradittional Greek caique with the luxury of a modern yacht. Accomodation She can accommodate 10-12 guests in 5 double bed cabins all with en suite facilities. A central airconditioned system and spacious interiors (lounge and dining area) provide the perfect atmosphere for luxury living. The galley is fully equipped with refrigerator, electric cooker, microwave oven, ice maker, central exhaust ventilation system, full set of crockery and cutlery etc. Sails Full set of sails in good condition. Engine Room There are 2 CATERPILLAR diesel engines of 290 HP each. The consumption is abt 120 lt/hr and there are 2 independant ONAN generators of 20KW each. There are also 2x540AH battery sets. Cabin Equipment Guest accommodation consists of one master cabin with a dbl bed and 2 sofa beds as well as ensuite private bathroom. Also 4 identical cabins each one with two single beds and own bathroom. Deck equipment Speedboat with 40HP o/b motor, liferafts and life jackets for everyone on board, Electric anchor windlass, davits, anchors and all necessary navigation equipment. Central stereo music system, central intercommunicatioon throughout the yacht, coulor TV-video, Bar in the saloon and dinning room, Radar, VHF radiotelephone, Autopilot, E/S, Speedlog. Crew Crew's quarters are completely separated from passengers and consist of 4 single beds and private bathroom.
