	LILLY Atlantic 49   Description 49ft Sailing yacht built in Greece on 1993. She has very good sailing performance and her accommodation provides the privacy necessary for a comfortable sailing cruise. There is also ample deck space for sunbathing. She performs 2 week cruises on a cabin charter basis all through the summer. Accomodation For 8 guests in 4 dbl bed cabins all with ensuite private toilets. Separate skipper's cabin. Kitchenette in the saloon. Sails There is normal main sail with 3 reefs and a roller genoa. Engine Room Perkins Prima 78hp Turboa. 400 lts fuel capacity and 900 ltrs water capacity in s/s tanks. Cabin Equipment There is hot water throughout, electric fridge and frigo working with engine, Gas cooker with oven, CD player, sofa cushions, bookshelves Linnen and blankets for all guests. Deck equipment There are all necessary safety and navigation equipment, liferaft, dingy with 15hp O/B motor, Speakers in the cockpit, cockpit table, swimming platform, bimini and sprayhood. Also electronic wind instruments, 2xVHF, GPS, compasses, log, Echosounder, electric anchor winch with 80 mtrs of chain, all weather jackets. Additional PRICES ARE GIVEN ON A PER PERSON PER WEEK BASIS ON CABIN CHARTERS. Bases Cruises start and finish at the port of Halkoutsi on the east coast of Attica on a 2 week basis. Crew 2 crewmembers including skipper and cook/hostess.
