	SUN ODYSSEY 44 (Ref No: 122)   Description Very nice and well maintained yacht. Her deep draft makes her an excellent cruiser racer. Accomodation 10 pax in 3 dbl bed cabins and 1 twin with l/u berths. Saloon makes a double berth. There are 2 toilets with shower, kitchennete and a big saloon where 8 persons can dine in confort. 12V wind ventilators. Sails NORTH SAILS Lazy Jack main sail and roller genoa both made in 1996. Although a bit old, they are still in good and usable condition. The old set of sails is available and can be used. The yacht also has spinnaker gear but no spinnaker. Engine Room Perkins Prima 50HP. 130 lt fuel tank and 520 lt water tank. Till today (Sept 09) engine has run only for 3900 hrs and she is in excellent condition. 3 batteries and 25W battery charger.
